Hello,Calder Limbert
Thank you for posting in the Microsoft community.
Understanding that your keyboard keys seem to be sticking and will not correspond at the same time, I suggest you try the various steps below in order to narrow down the problem, and we'd be happy to hear back from you on the results of your testing to help us investigate further:
- Update the keyboard driver. Right-click the Start icon at the bottom, select "Device Manager" - > Select "Keyboard" from the list - > Expand the drop-down list, click on all the devices in the list in turn, right-click "Uninstall device". Uninstall Device". Then restart your computer, open the Device Manager again, click "Check Hardware Changes" at the top of the Device Manager, reinstall the driver, and see if the problem is solved.
- Clean boot your computer to determine if there is any third-party software or processes interfering with it, for the steps of clean boot you can follow this official link: How to perform a clean boot in Windows - Microsoft Support
Disclaimer*: A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. It helps to determine whether a background service is interfering with your game or program and to isolate the cause of a problem.* These steps of "clean boot" might look complicated at first glance. However, to avoid any trouble for you, please follow them in order and step-by step so that it will help you get back on track.
- Create a new local account to check if there is any user profile corruption, please refer to: Create a local user or administrator account in Windows - Microsoft Support
Please let us know the following two issues as well, as this will help us troubleshoot if there is a hardware cause::
- If convenient, connect another keyboard to the computer device and check if the problem exists?
- Please try to open the on-screen keyboard by typing "OSK" in the search bar at the bottom of the screen, can you use the on-screen keyboard normally?
I wish you all the best and please feel free to contact me if you have any questions, I look forward to hearing from you which will determine where we go next!
Best Regards,
