My sound drivers don't work because when I play an audio there is no sound, even if my volume is up to 100. I tried going into device manager and update every single sound driver i can find and there is nothing!!! it tells me it already has the best drivers but it doest even work?! i cant even install any windows updates because i dont have enough storage please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!

How much free space do you have left on your C drive? That might be more of the issue here.
As for driver, I usually recommend downloading it manually from the computer's manufacturer driver support website. If you need help finding driver, please type msinfo32.exe in the search on the taskbar and hit enter, then share a screenshot of the pop up please. However, it is still important to address the low space issue.
