Stop code: PROCESS INITIALIZATION FAILED

I need help please.

I have been trying to restart now in advanced startup from recovery in settings and it has been prompting stop code: PROCESS1 INITIALIZATION FAILED.

My windows is up to date, i have also tried scanning from terminal administrator everything is fine.

    Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Are you able to access the recovery environment using these steps, and if so, what options in there failing for you?

    Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down

    Do this twice

    On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt... etc.

    Hi Dave, thank you.

    I have tried the above steps and its still not taking me to the recovery environment, and my setup menu does not include troubleshoot option.

    Initially i was trying to enable virtualization technology in the bios and this is what my setup menu looks like.

    I would really love some help

    It seems HP have blocked the default Windows Recovery Environment options, is there even an option to reset Windows from the UEFI settings tab in there?

    Here is the advanced options and if i go to the system options next, it brings the virtualization technology, now i am not sure if its the right way to enable it?

    What options are available if you click Advanced at the top, or are those the only options?
