How do you turn off to restart computer when it is totally frozen in Win 11? Cannot get any response including holding power button down.

    Hi ,

    Sabya here, Independent Windows Adviser. Hope you are doing well.

    If you hold the power button down for 5 - 10 seconds it cuts off the power to the motherboard and causes a hard shutdown.

    So please try to hold it and it should work.

    Found out that holding down volume up button while also holding down power button for 15 seconds does turn it off
