    Hi, I am an Independent Advisor.

    Let me help you with this issue.

    I understand that you are having problems switching to your Extended monitor via HDMI.

    Connect the 2nd monitor using your HDMI cable.

    Please tap on the Windows key and the letter P on your keyboard and then choose the options, to Extend, duplicate, or choose 2nd monitor only.
