The device manager lists this device as "other devices" without drivers.

    Hello, this is Emily.

    You can get the driver from Dell's driver support website for this model: https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/product...

    However, this model has the options of several different bluetooth adapters. To narrow it down, you need to look for the Service Tag (ST) on the bottom of the laptop on a sticker somewhere, it is a mix of letters and numbers. Then use this Dell website https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us?app=dri... Put in the Service Tag number to bring up your model page, and then turn on the "this PC" option so narrow down which bluetooth adapter is on your device.
