Is Google Chrome the highest consumer of your memory? You might want to check unnecessary extensions and disable them as they also contribute to memory consumption.
Another one is to clear all your temporary files in these locations.

If you want to boost or reduce memory usage, you can try this tool from Microsoft to empty temporary files and reduce memory usage drastically. Since this app consumes memory as well, you may only run it occasionally and close it in the background once you're done.
