Thank you for letting me know.
It could be caused by different factors, such as improper monitor driver, corrupted ieframe.dll file, or misconfigured settings. Let's try a couple of things:
Reinstall the monitor driver:
> Open the Device Manager.
> Expand the Monitors section.
> Right-click on your monitor and select Uninstall device.
> Restart your laptop. Windows will reinstall the monitor driver
If issue persists please try to update the graphics driver, this could also help if the graphics driver is causing the brightness issue. You can use the Device Manager to check for updates, or you can download the latest driver from the official website of your graphics card manufacturer
For AMD Ryzen 7 5800H:
> If you haven't already, you need to update your AMD using the AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition for Windows 11: https://www.amd.com/en/support/apu/amd-ryzen-pr...
Update the graphics driver:
> For Graphic update please rely only to your PC manufacturer's support page for your specific model.
Let me know how it goes or if you have any further questions or concerns.
