How can I set up a thermal printer to print the shipping label off a packing slip?

An old computer at work was able to do this but I can't examine it anymore to figure it out. Basically, we get orders and are given a packing slip to put into the package, and on the same sheet is a prepaid shipping label. We can print the packing slip from a normal printer, and on the old computer when switching to the thermal printer, it would only print the shipping label section.

How do I set this up?

    Hello Tom, this is Emily.

Your question is actually very specific to the Thermal printer's specific feature and instruction. It is not really a Windows question and we don't have the product specific knowledge related to this thermal printer to provide you with a comprehensive answer.

Unlike general printer, thermal printer needs its own software to work properly because it is a speciality printer. General printer usually can be detected by Windows and driver can be installed automatically. Thermal printer must use the software it comes with for it to work properly. In your case, look like the printer can be recognized by Windows, but just doesn't seem to print correctly? If you have the software, you might need to look into the print range and see if there's that feature to allow you to adjust. Once again, this is very product specific knowledge. I recommend that you refer to the user guide, or contact the thermal printer support to get their expertise on this.
