Why my code from Overwatch 2 do not work?

I got a code to get some heroes and skins on Overwatch 2 but when I get into the game, they are not available.

I tried to redeem the code again without success. it says the code was redeemed already.

I have the code redeemed on the purchase history and everything but is not reflected on the game.

I downloaded the game on Steam and my Microsoft account is connected to steam, I don't know what to do now and I really want those heroes and skins.

What can I do?

    I'm Rodrigo and I'll help you.

    This code will only work after logging into the Xbox console version of Overwatch 2.

    It does not work on Steam or Battle.net (PC) versions of Overwatch 2.
