Poor performance on Roblox only

My FPS has recently been limited when playing Roblox. At the start, it would get about 130fps. But, it seems like some sort of fps limiting feature immediately kicks in and starts to try to decrease the fps to around 80fps. The fps would switch between 130fps and 80fps constantly for around 2 minutes until it eventually stays at 80fps and doesn't increase back to 130fps. It appears that after the fps stays at 80fps, having the laptop run on battery power or ac power does not change the fps at all, even though normally plugging in your computer should increase your fps. This issue tends to only happen with Roblox and not any other games such as Minecraft. In fact, I actually notice that this issue only happens in heavy Roblox games such as Jailbreak and not lighter ones like Prison Life. When playing Minecraft, I still get my usual 300 - 400fps while running on ac power and running it on battery power would get me 200fps. The same happens with Prison Life, where plugging in my laptop would get me 200 - 300fps while running it on battery power gets about 100 - 150fps. And yet, a heavy game like Jailbreak would suffer from this issue. Another thing I notice is that when I am in a server with less people, my fps would be at 130fps as usual. But, when I join a full server, the problem starts to happen. Is this some sort of thermal throttling feature/limiting hardware feature or is it actually related to my battery? I really want to be playing Roblox Jailbreak at 130fps again. It also appears that my laptop no longer heats up like it used to back then when playing Jailbreak. When I used to get a consistent fps of 130, my laptop would heat up a lot. But now when playing Roblox, my laptop is no longer as hot as it used to be. My laptop however, still heats up like it should when playing Minecraft. I have tried to do a lot of things including reinstalling my graphics driver, changing the power mode in control panel to high performance, updating my BIOS, adding Roblox into the High performance option in the GPU settings, and making sure that Roblox is using my Nvidia GPU rather than integrated graphics. One final thing I want to note is that before this issue started, there were a few times when my laptop would switch between plugged in and and on battery when its actually plugged in when gaming.

    Dear taski 456

Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community.

Regarding your question, see that you have tried many steps.

So it is recommended that you can press WIN+X to go to Device Manager - find the graphics driver - disable the core graphics card - so that all projects will call the discrete graphics card.

Alternatively you can search for Roblox Frame Limit Unlocker and use it in compliance with the game manufacturer's specifications and it should solve your problem.
