Trying to install hulu and Disney+. It just gives me an error after hitting acquiring license. I have tried all methods including: reseting the store cache, double-checking time and date, running SFC, re-register store, and creating a new local and administrative user. I am using windows 11.

Thank you for your reply. Please apply the below steps:

1- Clear Windows Store Cache with WSReset.exe:

a- Press the Windows + R keys to open the Run window.

b- Type wsreset.exe and press the Enter key to execute the command.

c- Wait to finish, restart your computer and check that it has been fixed.

2- re-register the Windows Store app by running the following command in an elevated command prompt window:

powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml

3- Check for updates of Windows 11. Here are the steps to do so:

a- Click on the Start button in the lower-left corner of your screen.

    b- Select Settings

    c- Choose Update & Security.

    Hi Garret,

I'm Ahmed and I am here & happy to help.

    Sorry for having this issue.

Please check if Client License Service is running. You can follow the steps:

1- Press Windows + R keys on your keyboard, type services.msc in the opened Run dialog box and hit Ok button to open Services window.

2- Scroll down to find the Client License Service (ClipSVC) service.

3- Right-click on it and select Start.

If the service doesn’t start, you can try resetting the Microsoft Store apps:

1- Launch Settings by clicking 'Win + I' and click Apps.

2- Search for Microsoft Store, select it and click Advanced options > Reset.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

    Best regards,

It is running, always has been but I have tried stopping it and starting it but nothing has changed. reseting the app dosen't fix the issue either.
