How can I stop Windows from turning off bluetooth when the laptop goes to sleep?

Click the arrow next to Bluetooth to expand it, then right-click on the Bluetooth Radio > select Properties. Hi,

I don't see any power management tab when I do this. The only tabs I can see is General, Driver, Details and Events? By Bluetooth Radio, I'm assuming you mean the earpods.

You would have to check the Bluetooth adapters/devices in the list one by one to determine which one is active and you're using. Look for the one with Power management tab.
