Microsoft store wont work beacuse of alt app installer

I just used alt app installer for a try and then MY MICROSOFT STORE DONT WORKS I TRY TO INSTALL A THING IT JUST STOPS AT %1 AND THEN SOMETHING WRONG HAPPENED PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hello there,

    I am Jaspreet Singh.

    Try clearing windows store cache via these steps :

    Click on the search bar and type in wsreset and press enter.

    This will execute a command and store will reopen.

    Try downloading an app after this.
