hello i have a problem with my lenovo thinkpad yoga 370

its about my display adapter when i first got my laptop a 6 months ago it was fine it has a intel (r) hd graphics 620 it was running fast and good but after sum time i noticed it was lagging a alot and i had a problem where everytime i joined a game it crashes so i though to myself it was because i installed win 11 cus my laptop was not supported but it came with it so i downgrade lt but still it lags and the fans are loud i tried to clean the dust but it didn't work so i am sticking with mirosoft basic display adapter cus its not laggy but the fps is so low on it and the vidoes are laggy so i didnt like it oh and i forgot to mention something if i switch to intel (r) hd graphics 620 and had my power mode on balanced my laptop will be frozen and i will have to install windows through a usb so i was suffering help plz ):

    There is a new version of the graphics driver (31.0.101.2125) on the Intel website released on 6/15/2023. Installing the latest version of the graphics driver from the Intel website should fix this problem.

    You can use the Intel Driver & Support Assistant from this link to install the latest version of the graphics driver.

    If the Intel Driver & Support Assistant cannot install the latest version of the graphics driver, you can download the latest version of the graphics driver at this link and install the driver manually.

    yeah thank you that worked i just installed it and my laptop is not lagging anymore

    i just updated my microsoft basic display adapter to intel cus you wanted to see what version is it its laggy and crashing

    Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.

    Please provide some more details to help identify what is causing this problem.

    -Attach a screenshot of the System Information Page:

    1-Right-click on Start then click on Run

    2-Type: msinfo32 and click on Ok

    -Attach a screenshot of the version of the graphics driver installed:

    1-Right-click on Start then click on Device Manager

    2-Click to expand the Display adapters

    3-Right-click on the graphics driver and click on properties

    4-Take a screenshot of the General and Driver tab
