I can not see my Whatsapp images on my Windows 10 computer and I can not acces them by directly plugging my phone and going via the File Explorer.

I am trying to export some images from my Samsung A10 phone gallery. I can only see the images taken by camera on the computer. I can not see any Whatsapp images from the computer of by going via the File explorer; I have checked every phone folder and found nothing.

    Sorry for having this issue,

    Kindly try the following troubleshooting steps:

    1- Go to WhatsApp > Settings > Chats > Media visibility (toggle on)

    2- Clear WhatsApp Cache:

    a- Go to Settings > Apps > Manage Apps.

    b- find and tap WhatsApp. Go to storage and hit "Clear data."

    3- Restart Your Phone and check
