Hello,
If your phone is supported, you can indeed make a call on your Windows PC via the Phone Link app like in the tutorial below to help.

This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
What are the options for making a call from Windows by simply selecting a phone number from e.g. Salesforce and pressing a function key? Is this possible with e.g. Phone Link, or is a 3rd party software or integration required? Is a VoIP system required if I need to do this without linking a phone to the PC?
Thanks.

Hi, HKait760,
I'm happy to help you today.
If your mobile device is linked to Windows through Phone Link and has available credits, you may be able to initiate calls directly.
Alternatively, you can use Skype credits or a subscription to make calls to both landline and mobile numbers.
Best regards,
