i paid for the xbox ultimate game pass trial but didn't get anything?

thanks alot for the reply, i have tried both from microsoft and the xbox app and also via the chrome browser on windows. if i go over to the subscription page it still says “Join now” which i already did.

You will be billed for Xbox Game Pass only if your purchase goes through.

You should see "Xbox Game Pass Ultimate" if the payment has been correctly made.

Have you tried purchasing the Game Pass subscription directly from the Xbox app on Windows ? If the Microsoft Store does not work, the Xbox app can sometimes complete the process without problems.

If you do not have the subscription listed in the https://account.microsoft.com/services page, the payment did not go through and you won't be charged for Game Pass.
You can safely try the payment again.

No, when i click on join now it redirects me to the xbox page to buy it which i already did. The service page also says its not in my subscriptions. when i go to the Xbox cloud gaming website, it says i also need the ultimate pass to play the games . I am sure the payment went through too.

So, when you're going to the https://account.microsoft.com/services page, you're subscribed to the Game Pass Ultimate, is that the case ?

If you can see Game Pass Ultimate, you're good to go, and you can safely ignore the “Join now” prompt.
