Why is 50% of my RAM being used when idle?

I have 16GB of memory in total (3200mhz) and it's always at 97%+ when gaming, and when idle, it's always at around 50%. When scrolling through task manager, it doesn't seem like I am using that much, but there are LOADS of small files using around 20MB each, including lots of service host files. I haven't done the math, but those small files could be the ones using around 6GB while idle. I was just wondering if there is any way to check which files you actually need and which files are just using up ram without being usefull. I currently have 200 processes running, of which only 3 are actually opened! 97 of them are background processes and 100 are from windows! Even in the background processes, there are tons of them with windows in their name. My games often crash because I don't have any more memory, so can someone please explain how to stop this!
I tried to take pictures of it, and it took over 5 pictures on fullscreen to show all of the processes, but for some reason I can't insert them here.

We have taken all your Startup processes down to the bare minimum, the only other problem that may be causing this is device drivers, go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturers website to ensure all drivers and BIOS are fully up to date.

That RAM usage looks more normal after you restarted the PC, usually Windows itself will use maybe 3GB of RAM, but you still have a lot of background apps running and using RAM.

Click the link below to download a small free utility that does not require installation.

    https://download.sysinternals.com/files/Autorun...

When the file downloads, unzip it.

    Run Autoruns64 as Administrator

Select the Logon tab at the top of Autoruns, please provide a screenshot of all entries on that Logon tab.

There are still a lot of background processes, mainly related to gaming and web browsers running in the background, uncheck any of those processes in Autoruns you do not need to be running when you start your PC, then restart (not shut down) the PC and check RAM usage on startup
