Hello, recently i built a new pc and started using Windows 11, since then i haven't been able to use my Hyperx Cloud Alpha S headset when connected trough the USB adapter because Windows doesn't detect it at all like it doesn't even exist. I already upgraded all the drivers and even the BIOS, but Windows still doesn't detect it, even Hyperx Ngenuity doesn't. Please help me cause this is really frustrating, i don't want to change headset just because Windows doesn't detect it.

    Hi ,

It's not just a microphone, it's a problem with the hub not being recognized with some computers, the P3 connection would be you connecting the cable without passing through the hub using your motherboard's audio driver.

Are you sure that when you connect the headphone it doesn't appear in the device manager or as Unknown USB Device Unit?

I forgot to write it in the first post but i already tested them on the old pc running windows 10 and they still work perfectly there.

What's p3 mode? Is it with the audio jack connected directly to the case?

I tried looking online but i only found people having problems with the microphone not the whole headset.

    Hi ,

I recommend doing a Headphone test on another computer. It looks like there's a problem with the USB cable on the 7.1 hub. I had a similar problem and had to change it at the store.

However, you can use it in p3 mode but without the 7.1 function, if you search on network, several users have reported this problem with the Hub of this headphone.

    Hope this helps.

I tried all USB ports both front and back and the device manager didn't detect anything, other peripherals like mouse and keyboard work fine, also i don't know if it's useful but if i wear the headset when i plug it in i can hear 3 staticy "beeps" each a few seconds after the other and then nothing.

    Hi ,

I am Ivan, I will help you with this.

Disconnect the headphone, open the device manager and connect the headphone to the rear input of the CPU and check if the device manager recognizes that a USB was connected.

    What is your PC configuration?
