2024-03-15T11:34:20+00:00 Ramesh's suggestion worked for me. Although there is no option to defer the updates it still processed the upgrade to Windows 11.

If that process has been stuck there for 4 hours, the update may have already completed that process, press and hold the power button on the case of your PC for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a hard shut down.
Wait a couple of seconds and start your PC again to see if that has completed or if it rolls back.
