Accidentally wiped my OS drive while installing fresh window

Ok so what actually happened was I was trying to install a fresh window because there were basic options which I couldn't use such as "reset". It always says "This pc has run into an error" while reseting. So I followed a trusted guide and followed these steps

Step 1 : Downloaded rufus (portable)

Step 2 : Downloaded windows 10 creation media, it was mediacreationtool.

Step 3 : Did all stuff on mediacreationtool

{ create window 10 installation media > iso file and got Windows.iso thing at end. }

Step 4 : Fully formated my usb flash drive (not quick format) [was exfat before doing rufus thing]

Step 5 : used rufus to make my flash drive bootable

{ Auto select flash drive > Disk/iso [boot selection] > selected Windows.iso > standard window installation [image option] > GPT [partition scheme] > UEFI (Non CSM) [target system] > NTSF [file system] > 4096 bytes (default) [cluster size] > Start }

Step 6 : Changed my bios priority order

{ UEFI Boot Order

USB Diskette on Key/USB Hard Disk

OS boot Manager

Internal CD/DVD ROM Drive

USB CD/DVD ROM Drive

! Network Adapter

Legacy Boot Order

USB Diskette on Key/USB Hard Disk

Notebook Hard Drive

Internal CD/DVD ROM Drive

USB CD/DVD ROM Drive

! Network Adapter }

Step 7 : Saved > Restarted and got window installation window

{ English US (language, time/currency, keyboard } > Custom : Install Windows Only (Advanced) >

!!This is where i messed up i guess!!

Ok so what happened was I had Drive 0 partition 1,2,3 only. 1,3 was in mbr format and had too many dynamic partitions inside it.

So I cleaned disk 0 and disk 1 (which I didn't knew was my flash drive) with diskpart clean and converted disk 0 into gpt and now it says

NO BOOTABLE DEVICE FOUND - PRESS ANY KEY

My laptop -> HP 15-r014tx Notebook PC / HP 15-r063tu Notebook PC.

I am kinda new to this stuff so please try to be as detailed as possible. Thanks!

    Where did you get your Windows licence, was that pre-installed on the PC or did you purchase Windows separately from Microsoft or form a 3rd party retailer?

    You can use Rufus to create the bootable USB, but honestly, it is much better to use the official Media Creation Tool from the link below, to ensure the resulting USB is not corrupt.

    Thanks for your hasty reply, so I don't have any other pc right now so I will do it tomorrow at my college. Another question I have is : is it okay to follow same steps again for windows.iso and rufus bootable flashdrive?

    HI, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    If you have deleted the content of the bootable USB using diskpart - clean, at the start of the installation process, then you will need to create a new bootable USB on another working PC so you can install Windows on the internal drive, there is no other option now
