Please remove all unnecessary external devices connected to your computer and then follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- Forcefully shut down your computer twice (Press and hold the power button for 5-10 seconds). This will enter you into the Windows Troubleshooting environment.
- Once in the troubleshooting environment, select "Advanced Options."
- From the Advanced Options menu, you have several options to try:
Windows Troubleshooting > Advanced > Startup Repair
Windows Troubleshooting > Advanced > System Restore
Windows Troubleshooting > Advanced > Uninstall Recently Installed Updates
Windows Troubleshooting > Advanced > Reset This PC (Keep My Files)
Try all these options and check if you can be able to access Windows after that.
