Cannot get/save new theme

I do not see "Change Theme" command in Windows 11. I've tried to add new themes several times.

----- These commands do not work. ------

Click Start > Settings > Personalization > Themes. Under "Change theme", click the tile to switch to the theme you'd like to use.

Note: You can also add a wide variety of new, great looking themes from the Microsoft Store by clicking Get more themes in Microsoft Store, or by downloading featured themes from our website.

    Thank you Davd.

    Can you hold down Windows + R keys, then copy and paste this string into the little run box:

    %localappdata%\Microsoft\Windows\Themes

    Press enter, and it should open up a folder. I would like to know if you can tell if those installed themes show up in this folder. They should be each of their own folder.

    I have pulled (got) several images from the 'store'. I never see them when trying to change the theme. The themes I see are the default ones from the installation of windows 11. I have tried to download more then a dozen images with on luck . I even copied one of my JPGs into the folder, I assumed the folder. But theere was no way to add it as a backgound, It did not show up.

    BTW - My screen shot looks pretty much like yours.

    Hello David,

    It is not "Change Theme". It should be listed under "Current Theme". Does yours look like mine in the screenshot? If you download any themes in the store, you have to install it first before it should up here as a picture tile for you to select.

    If it is still not working, please feel free to share a screenshot of this page with me, or tell me more specific what difficulty you ran into?

    I don't know about you, but I am not seeing the Save button at all. Nor do I see the Use Custom Theme button. This needs fixing asap. I can't do anything.
