Did that right now. The problem seems to be on my Phone since my Laptop didn't recognize my Smartphone either. Can you still help me on that or should I switch forums?

I have the problem that I can't transfer any data between my PC and smartphone, since my smartphone isn't recognised anymore. I did some digging and fixed the problem that my base drivers were missing (at least it isn't showing up anymore in the device manager). Besides that I tried to use other ports and other cables but to no avail. My smartphone also charges once it is plugged into my PC but I won't get the menu to select the transer or options.
I'm thankful for any help.
