Why will Windows 11 Pro not activate? Error code 0x803F700F

Something prevented us from communicating with our activation servers. Wait a few minutes and then try again. Error code 0x803F700F.

I have two valid license keys, global and lifetime.

The Windows 10 key worked fine until I upgraded to Windows 11 (after which I purchased a VALID Windows 11 Pro key), then I got the abovementioned error.

Is there a way of fixing this or will I do I have to buy a new computer to resolve this? Seems rather expensive if that is what Microsoft intends in my case.

When you make a significant hardware change to your device, such as replacing the motherboard, Windows 11 might no longer be activated. When installing Windows 11, the digital license associates itself with your device's hardware. If you make significant hardware changes on your device, such as replacing your motherboard, Windows will no longer find a license that matches your device, and you’ll need to reactivate Windows to get it up and running.

This information can be consulted in this article, in the topic "Reactivate Windows 11 after a hardware change": https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/act...
