Hi. No need for screen shots.
Download Windows 11 23H2 from the Microsoft website, link below:
Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)
Select Windows 11 Installation Media and follow the on screen instructions to create a bootable USB stick. As you do this it will format the USB so make sure the USB stick has nothing on it that you want to keep.
When complete, insert the USB stick into your computer then restart. You now need to change the boot sequence on your laptop/computer to "Boot from USB". You do this by opening the BIOS screen as soon as you start your computer. This is usually done by continually tapping the "esc" or an "F " key (top row on your keyboard) when starting your computer. This can differ by manufacturer, so check which one applies to you. This info is freely available on the internet if you search. My laptop is a HP Pavilion so ESC is the button I use. Keep tapping the relevant key until it opens up the Bios screen. Within the BIOS you will see a section that refers to BOOT. Select from the available boot options, USB needs to be showing, confirm and exit. Restart your computer. Follow the instructions but make sure you format all your computer drives during this process (this worked for me). Also make sure you have backed up all data off you computer because this process will delete it all. If your serial number is hard baked into your computer BIOS the installation will pick it up automatically. If you have a separate serial key you will be asked for it. Please be aware whichever version of W10 or 11 (Home or Pro) you have attached to the computer or on a separate serial key, is the version that you will load onto your computer. To upgrade to Pro from Home you will need to purchase a separate serial key.
Hope this helps. Let me know how you get on.
