After Windows update, the HP Hotkey Support pop-up window appeared and the Fn button stopped working

    This one is working from another site.

    Make sure you download the sp91903.exe as per below.

    Clearly they will still need to fix this, but this should sort you out

    1. Go to "Services"

    1. Find "HP Hotkey UWP Service
    2. Right click and choose "Properties"

    1. Change startup type to "Disabled"

    1. Restart computer

    6.  Install Hotkey Support again from this link: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp91501-92000/sp91903.exe

    1. Restart computer
    2. It Works

    Same issue here. The only problem is with the brightness (located f5+f6 on mine) all other function buttons work. Theres an empty pop-up with the header reading "HP Hotkey Support" and the only option is "OK".

    Thank you, it works!! After an hour of install/uninstall/repair/restart 'good' drivers from HP Customer Support. Thank u once again!
