I have had issues with ethernet connection and may have deleted the ethernet driver. I don't see anything even after doing a network reset. I tried turning on the "show hidden devices" but that doesn't work. I am on windows 11, Ryzen 9, rtx 4090. I have a rog strix x670e-e gaming wifi motherboard.

You can get the driver from the manufacturer's website for this model https://rog.asus.com/motherboards/rog-strix/rog...
Ethernet is the LAN driver . It is a zip file, so make sure you extract first, then install.
Note: This is not Microsoft website, but it is the official website from Asus.
