This happens mostly when I'm playing games, but sometimes when I press the keys it would take a few seconds to actually respond and whenever I let go of them, them still continue the action after a couple seconds. I've tried reinstalling the keyboard, which worked once but when I tried doing it again today, it didn't fix the problem.

Perhaps https://www.minitool.com/news/windows-10-keyboard-lag.html Method 2: Adjust Filter Keys Setting If it is enabled, it may slow down the input of brief or repeated keys and also may not notice the keystrokes that happen continuously. So, turning it off may fix the issue of keyboard input lag. Head to Settings > Ease of Access. Click Keyboard and turn off the Filter Keys feature.
If you try to use an external keyboard does the issue keeps happening? Just trying to see if it could be something hardware related.
