Here's the VirusTotal report for the installer:

    https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/08d53375456524610791ccb31cddaccaf4d0e62ac6e5c2af45e03b757f48fdfe/detection

3 detections from very low reputation AV engines.

    In the file's history:

    Creation Time 2020-11-15 09:48:30 UTC

First Seen In The Wild 2020-11-15 11:48:30 UTC

    First Submission 2021-03-05 03:30:43 UTC

    Last Analysis 2023-12-16 23:55:29 UTC

So the installer was first seen over three years ago. After all that time, if it was malicious, the detection would be close to 100%. Basically no major AVs detect it, so what you are seeing is just false positives.
