How do I set windows 11 file explorer to show the menu bar? In Win10, the Folder Options windows has a View tab, and the second option from the top is "Always Show Menus" but in Win 11 this option does not appear.

Seems in recent updates, the "always show menu" in folder options -> view is gone, and changing reg is not working.
I understand that the "Always View Menus" option has disappeared from Folder Options.
That fact is why I posted my question in the first place.
Repeating my question back to me phrased as an answer is not helpful.
What I want to know is HOW DO I GET MY MENUS BACK?
I'M OLD AND MY VISION SUCKS AND I NEED TO SEE MENUS! NOT JUST ICONS THAT I CAN'T FIGURE OUT WITHOUT MENUS!
I'VE BEEN USING MENUS SINCE WINDOWS 3.0 AND I WANT THEM BACK! NOW! GLOBALLY! BY DEFAULT! Thank you for your time and attention.
It would be so inconceivably moronic for Microsoft to delete from Windows (in the Win10-to-11 transition) one of the most basic and useful and popular features from the Folder Options screen that has been a part of Windows for decades.
Not to mention it costs ZERO to leave the feature in the product and almost definitely NOT ZERO to take it out.
Could the decision makers at a company as successful as MS possibly be so stupid as to actually let this happen?
I also have the problem with the menu, but a problem which is opposite: the menu appears without any request, totally by itself, and there is NO WAY to manually disable it, because some "clever" effective managers in Windows design team have decided that it's so funny to show unwanted elements and to completely remove the checkbox of managing the item. What a sadistic, stupid decision of Microsoft!
They are pushing users to switch to the black theme of the OS, but this obnoxious menu line is always white, and again even its color is NOT configurable.
What's even worse, their QA team does NOT do tests on the setups where there are more than one display and the displays have different DPI/scaling. So in my case (2000*3000 px \ 13.9" \ 250% scaling on the main display; 2560*1440 px \ 27" \ 125% scaling on the external one) that unwanted menu line becomes so huge in height that it takes up to 1/6th of the height of the 2560*1440 px external display.
And again, I have no control over that coz they've wiped the option out.
Also, these bastards seems to have kept the option "restore previous folder windows at logon" but it just does not work now: even if you have it enabled, after the reboot the previously opened folder windows won't reappear.
What a shame, Microsoft!
This is the closest I've gotten to an actual solution. Click on the windows button then start typing 'windows tools', once you see that select it to open it. From here in the sidebar you select 'This PC', it should open and have the old menu bar. I suggest pinning it to either the start menu or the taskbar as this is the only way I've found to get that menu. It's effectively a different program hidden in Windows that has it. Also if you don't plan on changing or getting a new pc I'd suggest getting an UI change program as they are more likely to put in the options you're looking for such as changing most of the interface to look and act as older versions of Windows. The one I use cost me just under $7 and lets me set most of my UI in Windows 11 to look and function like 10. I haven't seen a option for changing explorer yet in it but they're probably working on it.
I appreciate the several replies I've received on this subject. BUT SO FAR THEY ARE ALL USELESS! The latest response advises me to load a PowerShell script, which is so far outside my comfort zone as a Win11 user that I would switch to Mac or Linux (and I would never do either unless being paid handsomely to do it) before trying to implement such a script. My Win11 version is 22H2, naturally the version that the solutions described WILL NOT WORK WITH! ALL I WANT TO DO IS SEE THE **** MENU BAR! IT LOOKS LIKE "File, Edit, View, History, Bookmarks, Tools, Help" (or at least that's what the menu bar in my version of the Firefox web browser looks like). Why I can no longer see (or even have an option to turn on) this simple and obviously desirable menu bar in Windows File Explorer, a tool I have been using almost every day since I first started using Windows 3.0 in 1988, IS SO MORALLY AND TECHNICALLY BANKRUPT THAT WINDOWS DESERVES ITS STOCK VALUE TO DROP TO ZERO FOR **** OVER ITS LONGTIME USERS SO DISGUSTINGLY! WHAT **** MORON AT MICROSOFT DECIDED THIS WAS A GOOD IDEA? WHOEVER IT IS, HE OR SHE SHOULD BE FIRED AND THEN SHOT! AND THEN FIRED AGAIN!
