switch from Mac to ASUS pc. the universal clipboard was super helpful. now trying to find a replacement in the new situation of using a pc.

Unfortunately due to the limitations on the way the clipboard on an iPhone can be accessed, this can only be performed via an iPhone and Mac. It's not possible to do this with an iPhone and Windows PC.
