Is there also a problem with the keyboard as you seem to be typing in all capitals? - No

Does the other mouse use the same receiver as the Logitech?
If not are both receivers connected to the PC at then same time? If yes then the other receiver may be interfering with the Logitech mouse/receiver.

No, i am using mouse receiver with notebook

    No

No both receivers are not connected to PC at the same time
