Hi, I am using Lenovo Ideapad s145,intel i5-8th generation. Recently i have upgraded my windows 10 to windows 11 and the problem started. The problem is that my laptop screen goes black after booting. Display adapter is Intel UHD 620. When i uninstall the display adapter it works. But the main thing is that whenever the pc is connected to internet it update this adapter and the problem starts again. I have installed the latest version of the adapter still the problem persists.what should i do! Should i go back to the windows 10 or continue in windows 11.

I had a similar problem with my Lenovo X1 Carbon 7gen notebook having Windows 11. It has an Intel UHD 620 graphics chip. Once I installed the Intel UHD 620 driver using Lenovo Commercial Vantage, the screen turned black. After I uninstalled the Intel UHD 620 driver, my notebook worked fine, but I suspect that graphics would work slower without the UHD 620 graphics chip driver.

Lenovo support for your model to update both Bios & Drivers

There should be the Vantage update shortcut on your system

In win Update settings do NOT use 'other updates'
