Network adapters not showing up after windows 10 installation

Hello there,

I bought new dell e5440 latitude laptop and installed windows 10 with bootable usb.

now i cannot see wifi.

i tried connecting ethernet cable from the router, but the laptop is not detecting .

I downloaded few network adapter drivers and tried to install, its saying cannot instll the drivers.

kindly let me know the solution

    Was this Dell not supplied win?

    For a Dell Laptop you update drivers from Dell only, specific to your Tag#

    HI, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Below is the support page for your laptop on the Del website, form there, check for any BIOS update that may need to be installed then manually download and install the version of network drivers they provide, do not use the auto driver updater.

    they din't provide the windows, i installed it.

    I downloaded drivers for the same model from different laptop and tried to install it on the effected laptop.

    infact i coudn't find bluetooth,wifi,airplane mode anything.
