Hi ,
I am Ivan, I will help you with this.
According to Lenovo, you disable the Lenovo FN service, the OSD screen stops appearing, but according to some users, they needed to remove the Lenovo Functions program, but some had problems with the function keys on the keyboard, in addition to F1 and F12, they stopped working.
- Press the Windows key.
- Type "services.msc" and press Enter.
- Scroll down to "Lenovo Fn and Function key service".
- Right-click > Properties.
- In the General tab, change the Startup-type to Disabled.
- Restart your computer.
