Cant See A 400 Robux Code Bougth From xbox.com

I accidentaly bougth a 400 robux code for xbox,i tougth it was a CODE,but its not,it said download the game from microsoft store,i downloaded it and loged in and THERE WAS NO ROBUX İN MY ACCOUNT,please help its expensive in Turkey :(

    Have you logged in using the same Microsoft Account you used to purchase the Robux? You need to launch Roblox on Xbox app and sign in to your account that redeemed the 400 Robux.

    You can also check your email address for the receipt and how to redeem your purchase. Thank you
