When I try to turn my volume up using F3 it doesn't work it gives me a small taskbar. How do I change it?

Does this only affect the F3 key, or it also affects other volume control keys, or brightness control keys? If you hold down Fn key at the same time while you press F3, will that work?

You might have Fn on. When you click on Fn to turn off it should fix the issue. Same with the volume. No need to hold Fn and F1-2-3 etc. Just turn Fn OFF.
It is the same with mine but with F1 F2 and F3 for volume F5 F6 and F7
when i press F1 it takes me to microsoft edge help and learning
when i press F2 it does nothing
when I press F3 it gives me a small taskbar
when i press F5 it reloads the site
when i press F6 it shows me all my tabs in detail
when i press F7 it does nothing
How tho I had my windows 11 for 1 month now still can't get my FN lock turned off it's been there since I got it.
how do i turn fn off becuase it works when i hold the fn button then i take it off and it stops working
