When I play Genshin Impact on my Laptop sometimes it suddenly crashes and takes me out of the game and as I try to once again start the game the screen just starts flickering..

Lenovo Slimpad i5

Processor - 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1135G7 @2.40Ghz 2.42Ghz

Ram - 16GB

64 but operating system, 64x-based processor

GPU - Intel Iris Xe graphics

DirectX 12

    Hi aakif, I hope your doing well despite the problem you are experiencing now and I'm sorry for that. For that let me try to assist you.

    Genshin Impact may perform slowly on Iris XE graphics as you are using an integrated graphics. You may need to lower the graphic settings of your game but it won't guarantee as a solid solution to your problem, as explained in the link below:

    Thanks Arnel,

    Your advice is a really good one and for the next time when I'll download Genshin (I deleted ot because of that issue) I'll be sure to lower it's graphics.
