As you have performed most of all troubleshooting steps. As per issue description there can be some issue with Wireless adapter itself or some Internal motherboard issue due to which Wireless card stops detecting.
- Please download MyASUS app from Asus which will update all Drivers as per your Laptop model.
- Please try to perform full Windows updates.
- Disable any Antivirus program or Windows firewall you may have for temporary purpose.
- Cleanup below Temp folders location -> Open Start -> Run -> Type below location one-by-one and press enter -> C:\Windows\Temp -> %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp
- Run Disk Cleanup from Select C:\ Drive from Properties- > General -> Disk Cleanup - >Cleanup system files
- Run below DISM commands from elevated
prompt.
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
- Run sfc /scannow from elevated prompt.
- Disable fast startup using below from elevated prompt.
Powercfg -h off
