    Hi

    Welcome to Microsoft community.

I understand your Bluetooth connectivity issue. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

    1. Restart both devices: Sometimes a simple restart can resolve the issue. Turn off both your PC and your phone, then turn them back on and try to connect again.
    2. Check Bluetooth pairing: Make sure both devices are in pairing mode. On your PC, go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices > Add Bluetooth or other device. On your phone, go to Settings > Connected devices > Pair new device.
    3. Update Bluetooth drivers: On your PC, go to Device Manager > Bluetooth, right-click on your Bluetooth adapter, and select Update driver.
    4. Clear Bluetooth cache on your phone: Go to Settings > Apps > Show system apps (you may need to either swipe right/left or choose from the menu in the top right corner) > Bluetooth Share > Storage > Clear Cache.
    5. Check for interference: Other devices can interfere with Bluetooth connectivity. Make sure there are no other devices close by that might be causing interference.
    6. Update your devices: Make sure both your PC and your phone are updated to the latest software versions.

If none of these steps work, it could be a hardware issue with either your PC's Bluetooth adapter or your phone.

    Best regards
