I just linked my iphone with my microsoft phone link on windows 11. Does this mean I can make international calls for free?

I'm afraid, international calls through the Phone Link app are not free; your mobile network provider will still deduct the call fees in case you make one. To avoid this, you may instead use the installed calling app on your mobile device.
