Roblox takes forever to load and freezes

Hello. As the title says, my Roblox has been taking forever to load, and has been freezing. My PC has a Core I7-10700 CPU, GTX 1660TI GPU, 64 GBs of RAM, 2TBs SSD, 1 TB HDD, and Ziply FIber gig speed internet, which I'm connect via ethernet. My Roblox has been working fine a few weeks/months ago. Whenever I try and join a experience, it takes the game about 1-4 minutes to load into the game, and when I finally get into a game, I can play it semi fine, until I press something and a in-game menu pops up, or I go to the Roblox menu, which is when it lags. My PC can handle GTAV at an average of 60-80 FPS on ULTRA settings, Halo Infinite at 50-70 FPS, and many more games that have much more graphics that Roblox does. I've already contacted Roblox, and knowing their support, they told me that I needed to upgrade my system's hardware, even though that some of my friends who doesn't have as good of a PC as I do can run a lot better. I've tried contacting Microsoft, Dell, and NVIDIA, and they all said that Roblox should be able to handle on my PC. I've already tried reinstalling Roblox, wiped my entire PC, tried on another broswer, updated my PC to the newest servers, as well as my graphics card, and much more, but they all didn't work. I also tried it on my laptop, which is connected to the same internet as my PC is, my laptop didn't lag/freeze. Please help me, as I have no idea what to do now, and I'm losing hope in trying to fix this. I apologize if my wording was a bit off.

Hi Sabya. I've tried emailing Roblox's support, but they always conclude that I need to upgrade my device, contact my ISP, or contact my devices support (Which I already had and they said that my PC should have been fine).

    Hi ,

Sabya here, Independent Windows Adviser. Hope you are doing well.

Can you please try with your mobile internet and check if you are able to open Roblox faster?

It does not depend that your wifi is faster as some severs can have issues with a specific connection causing the server to load very slow or freeze, so when trying another connection you can check if that is the case.

Next try to open roblox from another user, if you are not having any other user please create one - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/cre...

This is to check if your user profile is having issues with the files saved from roblox.

If still same issue, try reinstalling the application.

    Regards

    Sabya

    Hi,

It is not an issue with your device as you are able to run high requirement games with ease. ISP was an issue so asked you to try another internet and check.

If you really want to run the application and think it is an issue with Windows you can go ahead with reset of Windows keeping your files.

Please note this does not guarantee a fix if the issue is with your ISP (both your home wifi and mobile internet).

Search for reset this pc in start menu or search and it will open up in settings

Select - keep my files - cloud install - reset.

This method will keep all your files but remove all your apps so you will have to reinstall the applications back.

This will resolve your issue if it is with Windows.

    Regards

    Sabya

    Hi,

If you have reinstalled the application, tried it from another user profile and used another internet connection then the issue is with the roblox server or application.

You have mentioned GTAV and Halo runs perfectly in Ultra settings so this is not an issue with your pc.

You will have to check with Roblox if their application or server is facing issues.

    Regards

    Sabya
