Battery Health

I'm setting up a Windows 11 laptop for someone . I was told that there is a battery issue , where can I find a diagnostic test to see what the problem is ?

I saw topics for pc health check and caring for battery , but don't know where they are .

    I understand your concern. You can use the Command Prompt to generate a battery report that shows the battery specifications, usage, capacity, and life estimates. Here are the steps to do that:

    > Open the Start menu and search for CMD > Click "Run as administrator".

    > Type this and press Enter: powercfg /batteryreport

    > The file location will be shown in the Command Prompt window. Open File Explorer, go to the folder that the report was saved to.

    > Click the HTML link to view the detailed battery report.
