how do i join or accept invite for a club in forza horizon 5 pc

i click on the search clubs and it just opens the xbox app and does nothing i look for a club tab but i do not see any club tab from other Q&As.

    My apologies as I am already out of ideas and maybe someone else will know the solution with regards to this issue that you are experiencing and will let them chime in.

    thank you for responding but this dose not work when i open the Xbox Companion app it says the fallowing "we're consolidating xbox experience on pc and will no longer support this app"
