Hi thanks for the answer, but I can't roll back because the pc is new and those drivers are preinstalled.

Edit: I notice that in the sound settings the headphone are recognized with a speaker logo maybe is this the problem?

    Hey there!

My name is Ravi, and I am an independent advisor. I am happy to help you. :)

I have faced this issue after a Windows update.

Sometimes, when Windows installs an audio driver, it can cause such a problem. You can roll back the audio driver to fix it.

1). Search for the device manager and open it.

2). Expand Sound, video and game controllers.

3). Right-click on the audio driver and click on Roll Back Driver.

Feel free to get in touch again if you have any additional questions.

    Cheers,

    Ravi

Try going to Control Panel > Sound. Click the Playback tab > Right-click on your headphones > Properties > Click the Advanced tab and Restore Defaults.

    Try uninstalling Realtek Audio driver.

Could you tell me if you have tried a different headphone? Sometimes, such an issue occurs because of a specific headphone.
