My laptop always encounter "KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED" "What failed: llhkp.sys" type of Blue Screen everytime I'm playing farlight84 and thats just 3 mins in to the game. Laptop works well on other games.

I also tried updating the graphics driver and BIOS. Also tried testing my ram, no problems found. But still encounter this Blue Screen.

I can't find any info on llhkp.sys

Thanks in advance

Hm, it's interesting, that in my system this file has been created at (I'm quoting) January ‎29, ‎2024, ‏‎9:25:46 PM.

Yes! That is exactly, what happens to my PC.

I tried to run Farlight about day or two ago (and today) and it still forcing my PC to reboot with BSoD.

BTW, in the signature list I found "FARLIGHT PTE. LTD.", and the file has signed at 17 January. So, llhkp.sys belongs to the game.

Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

See if your computer is creating minidump files.

    These files are in "C:\Windows\Minidump".

Copy any files you have to your desktop and store them in a ZIP file. Then upload the ZIP file to the cloud (OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc...), choose to share it, and get the link.

Post the link to the ZIP file here so I can have a look.

Firstly, I suggest you remove the link from your MEMORY.DMP, as it may contain personal information. Only share minidumps as they do not contain personal information.

Based on the information you mentioned in your question, the driver indicated as the cause of the crash was "llhkp.sys", correct. This driver is from a Kaspersky product.

Temporarily uninstall Kaspersky using the removal tool provided by the developer and see if the system will work stably in the same scenario.

If you want to install Kaspersky again later, download and install the latest version from the official website.

Hi,There are no minidump files in the Minidump folder. Here's a link to a Memory.dmp file instead.
