I have tried full installation pack driver v 49.11.4670 and it does not install. When i ran the HP Print and Scan Doctor, it found a driver conflict but could not uninstall it. Said to go to add remove programs and delete it there. It is not in the list.
Windows 11 will not load printer drivers
I am running Windows 11 Ver 22H2 OS Build 22621.3007. I can not load printer drivers on the computer. The printer is an HP 8025e. The computer is an HP Laptop17t-cn000. The printer shows up in the HP Smart App. It shows on my network. It shows up in the Settings under Printers and Scanners but says the driver is unavailable.
I have tried to install the computer, HP Smart App, and using the Webpack installation. None of these work. I have installed this printer on a different laptop I have that is running Win 10 and it loaded fine and is working.

Download HP Print and Scan Doctor and install it, then execute it.

You obtain both Bios & Drivers updates from the PC Maker, there should be a shortcut on your system to that makers update utility, and no other source.
The problem will be with the HP Smart App . see HP support
FWIW I had used HP printers for years with very few issues, until it went Smart App /cloud based and then there were no end of problems, which resulte in me dumping the HP printer and buying an Epson Workforce
