My specs:

Let me tell you, the headphone is working when it's at 100% but still shows 80% of it and if it's 20% it could still show at 80%. I believe this could be a bug so do you have any idea how to fix it?

    Thanks for the clarification.

If you are concerned that this is a widespread issue, the Answers community may not be sufficient to address this issue at a regular product usage level.

Submitting feedback to the product team for deeper investigation would be the more recommended option.

The product team is not active in the Answers community.

The Feedback Hub is the more likely channel to receive attention from the product team.

You can submit your ideas and suggestions through the Feedback Hub, and the development team will regularly review submissions for ideas or fixes.

Feel free to share the feedback link here after submitting as it will allow others on the forum to vote for your submission, including me.

    Hi sagadali,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

The transmission of the Bluetooth battery percentage parameter is affected by the Bluetooth driver as well as the Bluetooth end device.

It is possible that the Bluetooth headset is designed not to pass on non-essential signals in a low battery state, or it is possible that a particular version of the Bluetooth driver is not able to receive and process these signals correctly.

If I misunderstand your situation, feel free to correct me and share the information.

    Best Regards,

Thank you for getting back to us.

The definition of a bug or exception relies on the number of samples/cases.

Members of the Answers community are not experts in developing the underlying code, and we are just as much users of Windows products.

If it is a widespread bug, it means that it is more difficult to fix and needs to be brought to the product team for investigation.

Would you mind sharing more information about this issue with us?

    • Is the phenomenon widespread across your Bluetooth devices?
    • Is it widespread on your other Windows 10 devices or the Windows 10 devices of people close to you?
